Secure vision lab has an accreditation certificate in microbiological tests in food, water , cosmetics and environmental tests in addition to accreditation in sampling collection.

Secure vision lab accredited since 3/2020 and the scope of accreditation is under process to expand and includes more Varity of tests. 

ISO/IEC 17025 enables laboratories to demonstrate that they operate competently and generate valid results, thereby promoting confidence in their work both nationally and around the world.
It also helps facilitate cooperation between laboratories and other bodies by generating wider acceptance of results between countries. Test reports and certificates can be accepted from one country to another without the need for further testing, which, in turn, improves international trade.(ISO/IEC.org)

ISO/ IEC 17025:2017, General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and
The Secure Vision for Food Safety and Quality Lab accredited by ISO 17025: 2017 from Jordanian accreditation system,the ISO 17025 is international certificate for lab testing

The scope accreditation application was submitted to Jordanian Standards Institution on 12/2019, and the committee concerned with accreditation affairs visited the laboratory and audited all technical & administrative laboratory procedures. Based on accreditation committee report the accreditation certificate was issued for 25 analytical tests.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND IMPARTIALITY:
General management in Secure Vision is committed to ensure impartiality by focusing on the needs and requirements of customers and by identify risks that arise from its activities and from the relationships of its personnel, Actions to address risks and opportunities written.
Any information obtained from any sources related to specific customer/s, will be treated as confidential between the customer/s and SVFSQL. Any third-party information will only share with the customer/s if the source of the information provides agreement to do so.

ENSURING THE VALIDITY OF RESULTS IN SECURE VISION LAB:

The laboratory monitoring the validity of results, this monitoring is planned and reviewed and may include, but are not limited to:
• Use of certified reference materials and internally generated reference materials;
• Participation in inter laboratory comparison or proficiency-testing and calibration programs;
• Replicate tests using the same or different methods.
• Retesting of reference materials and retained customer samples.
• Correlation of results from tests conducted for different characteristics of a sample.

 

STAFF COMPETENCY:
Secure Vision Laboratory Staff have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform required duties. Competence is based on education, experience, demonstrated skills, and training. In addition, all technical staff undergoes to frequently test, and proficiency test to ensure the validity of results and staff competency.

VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF METHODS:
The Laboratory adopt standard methods which are preferred for use and are selected to meet the customer’s need, also, they are controlled documents in the lab.
All the methods which used in Secure Vision Lab are latest valid version standard and referenced methods.

The performance characteristics of validated methods are relevant to the customers’ needs and consistent with specified requirements.

EQUIPMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS USING IN THE TEST:
Uses measurement and test equipment for the correct performance of the tests and calibrations, so, All equipments in The Secure Vision Lab are calibrated by External accredited institution.
